Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MANAGEMENT SERVICES?
We do just about everything for our clients. Seriously! We help with complicated acquisitions, design & furniture, professional photos, and cross-platform advertising to get your home online. We use dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue, and offer 24-7 guest messaging & phone support. As guests come and go, we are on top of cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and quality control. All of our clients have portal access where you can see financial reports, control your calendars, and view photos from each cleaning appointment. Anything else we can do for you?
Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We charge 20% for our management service. Large and premium portfolios may be considered for preferred rates as low as 15%. We're so confident in our services that we never require a longterm commitment. You always own your listings and files.
Q: ARE THERE ANY START-UP COSTS?
Typically we will need professional photos ($125-250), smart lock hardware ($250 + $25 install), and NoiseAware anti-party devices (FREE for clients!). Other than that, nope! We take care of everything from coordinating the final touch-ups to listing your property for rent, free of charge.
Q: WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE DO I NEED FOR STR?
Every booking we accept is automatically covered by Airbnb AirCover up to $3m, or VRBO $1m liability protection. In addition to these, we recommend that our clients obtain supplemental short-term rental insurance coverage through Proper, or their current homeowner's insurer.

We offer full-service management in Sacramento CA, Los Angeles CA, Phoenix AZ, Tucson AZ, and Sevier County TN. Additionally, our hardware and software systems are used by Hosts in Utah, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Florida to provide the best possible guest experience.

Q: HOW DO I GET STARTED INVESTING IN SHORT-TERM RENTALS?
