We get approached every day by investors from across the country asking the same question: How do I get started? Beginning in January 2023, we will be offering a unique franchise opportunity which will give you the platform you need to succeed in the short-term rental property management industry. With our educational modules, standard operating procedures, hardware, software, IT support, and combined decades of experience, you will be equipped with the tools and strategies that we used to build a substantial residual income with very little cash invested. Available in select service areas. Only one Franchisee will be permitted to operate in each service area. Franchisees will pay a small Franchise Fee, and a 10% Royalty to the WISHSTR brand.
1. SERVICE AREAS & SCREENING
First, we will accept applications for a new region.
WISHSTR is seeking highly motivated, friendly, and experienced local operators to grow with us nationwide. Executive leadership will screen thoroughly and narrow down the applicants until an eligible party is selected. Applications will be reviewed in the order received and only one application will be accepted per service region.
2. EDUCATIONAL MODULES & SOP
No slacking, work begins on day one.
Our goal is to help you succeed and obtain your financial freedom. Luckily for you, WISHSTR has developed comprehensive resources, including educational modules, in order to make our business model simple enough to replicate and scale. Take notes and absorb everything there is to know about WISHSTR industry best practices.

WISHSTR executives and staff are available around the clock to answer questions, provide resources, and assist with those tricky problems that you just can't figure out. Over time, you will need us less and less... but in case you call, we're here for you!
